There are a lot of high school graduation parties that will be on that day. I'm sure I am not the only one, but I have to attend my nephew's party. Anybody else have this problem or is it just me?

Need a break from the tank? Sure, we all do. So put down the fish food, forget about that water change, and come join us for a day of fun in the sun!!

That's right, it's the 4th annual SDMAS Summer BBQ!! Reefers in the Sun 2010

Pack up the family and bring everyone for a day of great food, friends, and RAFFLE PRIZES! Let's get to the details...

What: Reefers in the Sun 2010, SDMAS's 4th annual summer BBQ.

Where: Balboa Park, in the green area between 6th Avenue and Balboa Drive

When: June 19, 12-4pm

Why: A thank you to all of our valuable members, and give new folks a chance to come out and meet their fellow reef heads.

Food: SDMAS will provide burgers, hot dogs, and all the fixin's. Please feel free to bring whatever else you'd like to share with others.

Activities: Saltwater balloon toss, baseball bat spin race, spam carving, guess the number of goldfish in the bowl, and more....

Why not make a full day of it, especially if you are coming in from out of town...

Unfortunately, we never are going to be able to pick a weekend everyone will be happy with. High school graduations are at different times, Mt. Carmel just had theirs yesterday and I saw a few parties on my block. Sorry you can't make it this year...if you can stop by for even a little bit, do what you can as it will be a good time. You wouldn't be the first to be a "double booker" :)
