Nice colors! Some really unique pieces in there. What kind of lamps are you running in the Tek fixture? It's got a very rich color balance.

I like the frag shelf too.
I was thinking about getting CRP fuge too and putting it on my sump.
I have chaeto in my sump too, was thing of adding others like red grape, "desirable macro algae to help control undesireable macro algae". Fenner
I plan to add dual actinics to my daylights next week aka blue and puple dual bulb PC's 2x65watt.
Trying to do same 5gal 5%+- every 1 or 2 weeks. seems to be helping my clarity as tank matures.
May add some more filtration onto sump, not sure what to do yet. calcium reactor?, UV?, Fluval 205?, phosban?
Maybe a $14 surface skimmer in my sump too, sometimes get stuff stuck on surface of last chamber?

I'm using one aquablue, 2 blues, and one purple super actinic. I have another set of 4 lights that I only turn on at night every once in a while with 2 blues and 2 purples.

The reason my colors look good in the pics is from Photoshop. In real life they look like the pics.

I have a CPR Aquafuge2 with a whole lot of chaeto and red grape macro.
Remora Pro Skimmer powered by a Rio 1400 pump
And I'm sure it doesn't help much but a aquaclear50 with PhosR and ChemiPure Elite in it.

Thats all. I change about 5 gals of water every week or two.

thanks, I need to do some thinning out and some glueing. my sandbed is covered in corals that i need to stick to the rocks, but I hate epoxying. Anyone want to volunteer? I'll give you some free dragon eye zoos :D.

Ohh so innocently said...like you of all people don't know what it is....: ) I'm going to be holding on to the first baby in hopes of having two to propagate and get back some of my initial investment. :D that one yuma is the single most expensive thing in my tank. The only other thing I have spent more on is my TEK 8bulb t-5 fixture...yep nothing, tank, stand, skimmer, rock, all were cheaper than that coral. lol
