SDMAS Jan Meeting

Hello all,
Just wanted to let you know that our Jan meeting will be held at Jessica's house (treylane). Please join us there to check out one of the more mature tanks in San Diego and get into our usual mischief. It will be:

January 22nd @ 7:00pm

And we will be announcing the winner of the 2008 Membership sign-up raffle for the fully stocked nano. (Winner will have to arrange pick up in Point Loma where nano is currently running)

Ok !!! Ok !!! Shame on me .... :( It's just like when you are on vacation , your just so happy to not be at work, that your taking in the whole experience and enjoying it so much that you forget about everything else ( briefly ) ....

But i'm back ( for the most part ) and I'LL BE THERE !!!! So what kind of refreshment do we need liters , six-packs .... water ..... and how much would help the cause ???

woo hoo. First meeting of 2008 under our belt. Thanks so much Jess and Dave for opening up your house to a bunch of misfits. Thanks again to all those that brought drinks and snacks. I'm sure victor will personally thank someone for those lemon bars.

We had about 25 people come and check out Jess's tank and eat pizza and bread sticks....mmmm breadsticks.

We had a few new faces and a new member sign up. Allan and Margie, who heard about SDMAS while filling up at scripps pier. Welcome! When you actually do get around to sign in with a screen name, be sure to post so we know who you are.

Ed won the nano, he isn't around on sdreefs at all that I'm aware of, but he is one of the old school sdmas members from back in the day if I'm not mistaken.

So fun to hang out with you all, you make all this worth while. Don't forget the DT"s Feb meeting is going to be FAST approaching on Feb 12th. I'll be posting the news soon to get it out there. Tell everyone you know, we are getting a location to hold bunches of people so there won't be any problem with space.

Good to see everybody last night and thanks to Jess and Dave for opening their home to us.

Can wait for DT's! You know it is bad enough that we run into people's homes, hand them a few bucks and walk out with little baggies of "goodies" but now we are excited to talk about DT's.

Someday we are going to see one of us on that show Intervention.

Sorry I couldn't make it. I was back home visiting family. Hopefully I'll be here for February, depending on if I am out of town again. I will try my hardest to be there I have a few corals I need to drag and give away.
