Anyone know where you can buy it locally ? - I've checked
everywhere (seems like it anyway) and would prefer to buy locally rather than online

I think the brand you've been searching for is Mrs. Wages, correct? My understanding is that it is a seasonal item. So I guess they stock it at Walmart during the pre-holiday season so the grandmas can cook up little treats for gifts (bleh). Then they stop stocking them. I think there's a place in NorCal that sells them by the 50lbs bag, if you're interested, I can dig up the info for you. It's like a ranch type place, I don't know what they use it for though. ;)
