FragCity Frag Swap!!
Its been a while since FragCity has hosted a frag swap. Since the last 2 have been such a hit w/ over 100 folks in attendance, I may need a City permit to close off my street to make this swap happen.
Expect the same amenities as previous swaps to be provided completely FREE of charge. This time I'd like more input from past attendees as to what I could do to make this swap more enjoyable for all.
It isn't necessary to have livestock to swap to attend. Feel free to come hang out and shoot the breeze with San Diego's most dedicated marine aquarium hobbyist.
As always, this is an all age event, feel free to bring the entire family. I'll have a jumper for the kids, the BBQ on the grill, and a few surprises along the way If you'd like to bring a dish to share, please be my guest.
There will be NO COST "opportunity drawings" throughout the duration of the swap, just like before...Last year's final drawing was a custom made Calcium Reactor made by el presidente of SBRS himself "Vinny73" won by David aka da6d2003
I'm counting on all the local reef clubs FragCity is associated with to step up and encourage their members to attend. This will be an event to gather all marine hobbyist of all skill levels.
We all share the same passion for the ocean and its inhabitants, so why not have a gathering to celebrate this!
The date for the Frag Swap is Sunday March 16th from 12:00-5:00 p.m.
