I picked up a string of moon lights from Stan at the frag swap. The orientation is 3 bars of 3 blue lights each. I'm really impressed with these lights. They are super bright and the thin strips that the LEDs are set in make it easier to place them on my fixture. They are fully submersible too so right now I have them just resting on the edge of my tank til I can get them on my fixture. I'll do a DIY thread once I figure out how I'm going to do it. Anyway each time he makes one of these, they get better and better. I would highly recommend them, not only to support a local inventor, but because they are really great quality for a good price. 9 LED's for almost the price of what you'd pay for 3 at a LFS.
I'll get pics of my tank at night soon. I know there are a few others that have these lights. What do you think about them?

Nice Jessy, I'm waiting for Stan to measure my tank light spacing to make me some. I've seen these lights and they are awesome quality plus I love the fact you can fully submerge them.
Also...when do I get the cool SDMAS member badge? :D

When's the last time you saw them? Mine have two holes drilled on each "light bar" to attach them to a canopy or other surface. The wires can be stapled or attached in then normal fashion.

I bought some and really like them as well. I also currently have my just resting on my tank. I am trying to figure out a way to mount on my canopy, but I don't think I have the room with my T5 retrofits. Any suggestions?

A+ product so far, i picked up a two light set at the fragcity swap and this set blows my coralife setup away. The light output is impressive to say the least, and i like the length of cord between the powersupply/lights/plugs. They worked out perfectly. Thanks Stan, these are awesome!

glad you mentioned that... my power supply box doesn't touch the ground. I'm going to have to affix it to the stand. Stan next time you make a strand for a big tank, you might want to measure at least 60" - 65"of cord from the end of the last LED to the power box. that way it at least rests on the ground.

I mounted my power supply under the stand on one of the walls. I never leave any electrical supplies/surge protectors/etc. on the ground in case of a flood. For my application it worked perfectly. Nice name brand power supply too, i was pleasantly surprised to see that.

i've been trying to get a good pic, i just dont know how to work my fiancee's camera. It's not anything special, but she has all kinds of wierd graphs and crap goin on and i cant figure out how to adjust it. Every picture just looks blue. As soon as i get her to take a pic i'll post it.

So I velcro'd them to the lip of my tank because I didn't want them shining in my eyes at night if I put them on the fixture. This is a bad pic, from an aweful angle, and the glass is dirty ;) .... I LOVE THEM

Finally got a chance to replace my Current lunar links with Stan's LED's....no comparison...Stan's LEDS are way brighter than the lunar links. I used 5 lunar links and had Stan build me 5 links of his LEDs. I'll snap a pic later this week, unfortunately I didn't snap one to show the comparison.

yeah, that is what I did but it doesn't look nearly as bright as they really are. Oh well, just have to take my word on it or see my tank in person. I like them though, happy customer Stan.
If you have anyone that wants a dual pair I will be selling mine as I already shut down my frag tank. The lighting I had just wasn't cutting it and the LEDs do need to be mounted higher for a better spread.

if you turn off the lights, it should make it pop more, and if that's not enough, the more black space you leave around the tank, the brighter it should look inside the tank.

come to think of it, think I had the doors off my canopy, I'll give it a try this weekend. No promises...still dig the lights.
