Higher Kelvin rating flourescent flood lamps are harder to find than regular spiral daylight lamps. Here's a reflector we can use for any spiral flourescent lamp. I started using flourescent flood lamps for my fuge, thanks to Melev.
HALO brand, found it at Lowes, for ~$15

I like daylight lamps. In conjunction with 9W actinic PC's, they seems to work fine to grow cheato, gsp's, euphylia, and zoos. Haven't tried sps yet though.

If you have access to used/free computer power cords, all the better.

Remove the silver (polished aluminum) reflector from the assembly with needlenose pliers.
