New lighting system

So im setting up this new 45Gal, and am looking into a new lighting system, I have really liked the Orbit by CurrentUSA, but while have been doing my research, i have come across, these T5 lights. Never heard of that before. Anyone have any knowledge they wouldnt mind sharing on the pros and cons of these lights?

no link or name of lights was attached for the T-5's?

T5s are better than the power compacts in the orbit, that's about as much as you need to know :)

Also give out more light per watt, get high output ones (HO)
