Do you rinse your food?

Do you rinse your frozen food before you put it in your tank? I've been just kinda holding the chunk in the tank and rubbing between my fingers until it is all thawed.

I put frozen cubes in a cup, add some tank water and let it sit under my lights for a minute or two to thaw out. Then I use a turkey baster to feed.

I ALWAYS rinse the frozen meaty stuff first thanks to Peter :D

All my frozen food gets thawed in a cup of water. Decant. Repeat until the water runs clear.
