January Meeting!

JANUARY MEETING at PET KINGDOM!

When: January 14th, 7p.m.

Who: EVERYONE!!! You don't have to be a member to join us at SDMAS meetings. So come one come all!

The night will be a celebration of a local fish store. We will get info on how they run the shop, where they get the livestock, and I'm sure they'd love to hear feed back from the local club.

Pet Kingdom is kind enough to keep the doors open for us past closing time, and will be offering special sales to SDMAS members.
You will be able to join SDMAS at the meeting to get all benefits offered. Note: Pet Kingdom always offers a 10% discount to SDMAS members.

This bad boy can run your lights, skimmer, pumps, operate as a wave maker, PH controller, monitors temperature, it's a blessing to have, and at the price of a raffle ticket, what a catch!

Raffle info:
Sales are offered both over the internet and at the meeting.
Cost will be $2.00 per ticket (2 for 1 for SDMAS members)
If you are a member and present at meeting you get 1 free ticket.
(this applies to people who sign up at meeting also)
You do not have to be present to win.

Hey everyone, just a quick reminder. SDMAS membership has a yearly fee and goes by the calendar year, January to December. This is why if you signed up last year, you may have paid anywhere from $35 at the beginning of the year to as low as $20 during the last half of the year. All 2008 memberships expired on December 31, 2008

2009 promises to be an even bigger and better year for us. To get in on the action, including discounted raffle tickets for this RK2 raffle, you must be a 2009 SDMAS member. 2009 fees are $25 for the entire year. Memberships purchased after June 30 will be $20. So feel free to sign up through paypal now ( treasurer@sdmas.com ), or at the meeting at PK tomorrow to get the discounted raffle tix.
